Iron Chef Ian: 5 Minute Peach Cobbler

November 8, 2020

This cobbler recipe is so easy, it takes 5 minutes to prep. It’s a great last minute dessert. I’m sure most the Engineers have most of the ingredients in their cupboard.

Ingredients
  • 15 oz. can of peaches
  • 1 c flour (I substituted with Stevia and it was just as tasty)
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 c butter
  • pinch of salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

  • Melt cube of butter in 9×9 pan in oven.
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Take out the pan with the melted butter and pour batter mixture over it. Also pour can of peaches (with the juice) over it. Do not mix.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes.

Serve. I love to serve it with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream! It seriously so easy to make this and you’ll be a big hit with friends and family.
